Girl’s Baby Shower Gift Bag With Simply Stamps

March 10, 2017 by Pam Larmore 1 Comment

I live in a tiny town, but we are going to have an increase in population this spring and summer.  It must be something in the water!  The baby boom has inspired me to make this Baby Shower Gift Bag.

Make a Baby Shower Gift Bag Using scrapbooking paper, rubber stamps, and other card making supplies. This little pink elephant is so sweet!

I love it when I can use my scrapbooking and card making supplies for other projects.  I used a rubber stamp, scrap paper, and some trims to create this Baby Shower Gift Bag.  I can use alphabet letter stickers to put the baby’s name on the bag before I fill it with goodies.

This only took me 15 minutes to put together.  The idea came to me when I was cleaning out some bins in my craft room and came across the pink gift bag.

Plain gift bags are very inexpensive and can be decorated for any occasion using scraps and bits leftover from other projects.

Plain colored and kraft bags are inexpensive at the dollar store or when bought in bulk.  They are great for gift giving and party favors.

Fun DIY Bridal Shower Gift Bag

July 4, 2016 by Pam Larmore 2 Comments

The looks on these sweet girls’ faces says it all!  I had a few personal gifts to give my daughter for her bridal shower, and I wrapped them in this fun DIY Bridal Shower Gift Bag.

Copy of Copy of Pinterest Template

This gift bag brought lots of smiles and laughs to my daughter’s bridal shower.  It was super easy to make, and would be great for a 21st birthday, bachelorette party, or a gag for a man’s birthday!

Supplies Needed For This Bridal Shower Gift Bag

  1. Large solid color gift bag – I chose a bag the same color as my daughter’s bridesmaid’s dresses, but any color would work.
  2. Pretty Ladies Panties – Since this was for a bridal shower, I thought I white thong was appropriate.
  3. Two large white gift bows.

This fun DIY Gift bag is great fun for a bridal shower, bachelorette party, 21st birthday, or a gag gift for a man.

This is a no brainer…really it is.  The only part I had problems with was making sure the thong and the gift bag were the right size so the thong wouldn’t fall off.  Mine fit perfectly, but if yours doesn’t,  fold it in the back, and add some removable adhesive or scotch tape to hold it on.

This fun DIY Gift bag is great fun for a bridal shower, bachelorette party, 21st birthday, or a gag gift for a man.

It took some people a few minutes to catch on and realize what it was, but it brought lots of laughter.

We had planned for the bridal shower to be outside, but the weather didn’t cooperate.  We were super cramped in my house, but everyone had a good time. It was fun spending time with friends and family!

Here is a Handmade Gift Bag Using a 12×12 scrapbook paper.  You could make this for any occasion.

A Gift Bag Made Out Of A Map would be a fun way to give a present too!
