Happy Saturday! I hope everyone is having a great weekend and doing something scrappy! The new semester started this week for my daughter. She went to Walmart to get some supplies, and one of the things she bought was Post It Notes.
While she was at work, I made her this cute Post It Note Holder. I thought it would cheer her up when she was studying or stressing over a test.
Ladybugs have a special meaning to her, and the black and hot pink are her favorites.
The colors match her bedroom perfectly. I might have to make her some big clips or something to go with the note pad! I used Bazzill Paper as the base.
I love using Bazzill Cardstock for my projects, because it has a great weight to it. The designer paper was in a kit that I won at a crop. The kit had patterned paper, printed borders, phrases, and brads.
I used the Walk In My Garden Cricut Cartridge to cut the ladybug. The dotted ribbon is Melon Mambo from Stampin’ Up.
Here is the inside of the Post It Note Holder. I used more of the designer paper and one of the borders from the kit.
The “Love You” and tiny heart are from the New Arrival Cricut Cartridge. This was a really quick project, and my daughter loved it!!!
