I chose the movie Santa Clause, and this inexpensive Dollar Tree craft is perfect for it.
My project for this hop is a Dollar Store Snow Globe Decoration that you can make quickly and inexpensively. More on that in a minute. Let’s meet my creative blogging friends.

I wanted to make an easy decoration to go on a friend’s desk at work. Since this Dollar Tree Project doesn’t even require glue, it’s the perfect craft.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
- Two round clear glass bowls
- Snowman hat Christmas ornament
- Fake snow
- Small Christmas figurines
- Small piece of fleece
Did you know that you can shop online with Dollar Tree? It’s great this time of year when many of your favorite decorations and supplies go out of stock.
Here’s how easy it is to make.
It doesn’t get any easier than that! I put that together in less than 5 minutes. Kids could make these too, but I wouldn’t recommend using that type of snow with kids. I had a nice mess. I can’t image what kids would do!
Now let’s check out the rest of the amazing Christmas creations!
This is so clever and looks so beautiful! And all from the dollar store?!? Thanks for the wonderful inspiration, what a great gift or decor.
Absolutely adorable, love the snowman shape and the custom decorations in the globe, this is super creative. Thanks for sharing!
It’s so cute. I love this idea for Christmas!
I’ll have to see if the dollar store near me has these items. Sometimes it’s hit or miss with stuff and I wouldn’t be surprised the supplies for this are sold out. BTW – I bought that snow last year and I’m still finding it around the house.
This is seriously adorable! I want one!
Wonder if tapioca wouldn’t work for the snow.
What a wonderful crafted Snowman. If I can get the items (Ireland had no dollar store) I would love to make one.
Thank you for sharing this wonderful idea.
