I’m so in love with fall this year. I’m a spring-summer person, and I usually dread fall and the cooler weather. However, this year, I’m going to enjoy it along with the mums, pumpkins, and autumn colors and decorations. Expressions Vinyl has adhesive vinyl in beautiful fall colors perfect for making decor this time of year.
I thought a pretty set of Fall Dishes would be pretty sitting on the china cabinet during November after the Halloween decorations are put away.
Thank you Expressions Vinyl for sponsoring this post by providing the vinyl. All opinions are my own. This post contains affiliate links. If you make a purchase after clicking one of these links, I will receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
The Dollar Tree and I have become the best of friends since I started cutting vinyl with my Cricut Machine. They have so much merchandise perfect for vinyl decals. The dishes and the glassware are great quality and the best deal. I often see the same products at another store for 3 times the price.
When you’re first starting to use Cricut Design Space and vinyl it’s great to have inexpensive surfaces to practice on.
Supplies Needed for DIY Fall Dishes

You will only need small pieces of vinyl for the leaves and acorns. Since they are small, solid shapes, I was able to put them on with the transfer tape.
You will definitely need transfer tape for the leaves on the plate and the Give Thanks on the mug.
If you’re new to using Transfer Tape, watch How to Weed and Apply Vinyl Using Transfer Tape. You’ll be a pro in no time!
I had an acorn leftover, so I applied it to the mug with the Give Thanks. It was the perfect size for that spot.
I love how the colors coordinate and brighten up my dining room for autumn. Expressions Vinyl has a wonderful selection of adhesive vinyl and heat transfer vinyl, including foils and glitters. Not only do they have supplies, but they have videos and project ideas to help you along the way.
