I have something other than a card to share today! The Life Is A Beach Cricut Cartridge is my favorite this time of year. Here is a Diaper Fold Treat Pouch for you to decorate.
As much as I love making cards, I also love all of the other fun things that you can make with paper. Quick and easy Thank You gifts or party favors are great to make. This one is awesome if you’re in a hurry.
How I Made This Diaper Fold Treat Holder
The holder is called a diaper fold, and it’s the perfect size for miniature candy bars. Visit Crafting With Joanie for a tutorial on how to do a diaper fold.
To make this size, I started with a 6″x6″ piece of double sided paper. Fold opposite corners in half to make a triangle. Now, with the fold toward you, fold the right point across to the left side so that the point meets half way up the side. Fold the left point over the same way. Still holding it with the first fold towards you, fold down the top flap.
You will see a pocket for your candy bar. If you use a larger piece of paper, you will have room for more treats! If you’re not going to decorate it, you don’t even need any adhesive. I used the Life Is A Beach Cricut Cartridge to cut the flip flops at 2″. I added Prima flowers and a tiny rhinestones to the centers of them. I punched the scalloped circle from a Stampin’ Up punch.
I hope you’ll give this diaper fold treat pouch a try. There are many fun ways that it can be used.

Thanks for the instructions on creating the diaper fold. I’ll have to try it. I really like what you’ve created here, especially the flip-flops!
